Seting filled auto field Approved By at Invoice Journal Creation Process

Dear All,

I need help for my user request.

my user do invoice journal creation at AP module.

at lines, especially at tab invoice, there are field approved by.

my question is : how to make its filled automatically with user id which user logged-in, for example, if john currently login and do invoice journal creation, its will filled automatically 'John'

need your help.

    thank you very much for your effort.

    I don't do development yet, so I can't tried your suggestion.

    Hi Benjamin,

    You can set property of that control Autodeclaration = Yes

    And in form init you can write code 

    table.field = curuserID();

    Also check the datatype of table field you may get error of assignment because most of the time table store RecId of HCM worker table,

    You can also check the control property on form you can see it store hcmworker recid .
