Email being tracked to new CRM instance when activate email in new CRM

Hi there, i have issue where i have email activated for email queue in UAT environment. After that, i activate the email in production environment for testing purpose. Once i activate the email in production environment, i notice that certain emails from where users sent in UAT environment is tracked to the production environment. May i know what is causing email users sent to UAT is tracked to Production?

    In Settings, Administration, System Settings, Use tracking token.  Make the prefix different between every CRM environment you have.  Also the Deployment base tracking number should be different between every CRM environment.  This way no CRM's Server Side Synchronization will pickup emails not intended for the specific environment the mailbox is synchronizing with at that time.

    For example prefix LCT and base tracking number 0 for production, LCTUAT with a base tracking number of 1 for your UAT environment.
