AX2012 Flavored SSRS, is not rich enough to provide use of scripting such as we were using VB Scripts etc. at AX2009-SSRS.
The most feasible way to achieve this, is to do this inside AX and then send results to SSRS DS. Let SSRS be responsible to display only, what comes from AX.
Inside ax you can make user of static methods which are available in Global Class and mostly named as GLOBAL::Numberal****
You can find many examples of x++ code on search engine. If you need help in writing code, you may ask for that.
