Please check whether you have uploaded to correct database and checking in same RTC database.
If both are same then license is not correct one.

Secondly, unfortunately i redid the license uploading as the tuto' steps but the main problem resist

It seems demo license is uploaded to your database. Try to remove it:
1. Open database via dev environment.
2. Menu File - Database - Alter.
3. Uncheck Save Licence in Integration tab.
4. Restart service.

Once the License is imported, you need to restart the NAV instance.
BTW, the above license is the demo license.
