Hi experts,

I am trying to configure CXml for the site 'Staples.com'.

Given below the steps I tried for registration
1) Created an account with my organization id in Staples.com. I opted as Business stating my organization name.
2) An email arrived to validate my id.

What are the next steps? How do I get the details of credentials, ID Domain, secret, URL?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,
You can refer to this official documentation: Set up an external catalog for PunchOut e-procurement - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft LearnIt was said in the article: To set up the communication, your vendor has to provide pieces of information for you to use in the configuration of the external catalog such as Identity, domain of the buyers company, for example, "DUNS" and "DUNS number", credentials, and the URL to reach the vendors catalog. Below you can find a description of the tags that are included in the template:
    Best regards,
    Kevin

    Hi Kevin,

How do we reach out to the vendor for these details? I have created an account, but the response email doesn`t have the details which you have mentioned?

    Regards,
    Anitha.E

All the information you need to configure the External catalog is always provided by the vendor (or, a 3rd party which the vendor is using for PunchOut).

Normally, your procurement team have an account manager at the vendor who can hook you up with someone who can provide these technical details. Normally this person would also help with testing prior to adding the PunchOut catalog to your live environment and making it available to users.

If you are trying to enable PunchOut for personal testing, this is tricky. I don't know of anywhere that offers a free PunchOut connection for testing purposes. If you have an Amazon Business account, that could be one route to try.
