Hello;

I have a problem creating a form capture. I have added the capture code and the jscript code from the website record form that I created in dynamics.

When entering the url it shows me the following message "The landing page does not include the necessary website tracking script. Please correct this and try again."

It is necessary to wait a certain time for dynamics to validate that I have really added the tracking code ?

Hi Fabiola,

I opened your website and checked its source code.

Your form, embbed capture code and the jscript code have been encoded as document in an iframe element by your web page designer tool, thus the scanner couldn't detect the form.

Please copy all content in srdoc, paste these content directly in a new web page or the existing web page(remove the original iframe element). Then fields of form shall be able to scanned.

Thanks Clofy, it's works.

Do you know if there is any delay in viewing the visits or submissions of external forms? I sent the form yesterday and in the statistics it does not show visits or form submissions, why do you think this is due?

Hi Fabiola,

In general, visits or submissions data will update within minutes.

Have you checked whether contacts or leads are actually created? Is there any failed submission record in Submissions tab?
