Address Composite field is not updating while your are replacing value with null in CRM365 On Prem

Hello Everyone,

Currently i am working MS Dynamics 365 On-Premise. There is a composite address field on Order and Invoice entity. By clicking on that field the detail is pop out with street1, stree2, city, postalcode, state and country. If i replace one of this fields with null value and save , it is not updating a composite field.

for e.g

Now i will remove Unit 40 from Street 3. and Save it. It look like this

The actual Details are getting Saved but Composite address field is not. And this is Happening when you have Ship To option selected to Address.

Is anyone have faced this issue and solved it? Any help would be appriciated.

    HI Fransisco,

    I understand what you are saying, but we are having this issue for our both Development and Production instances.

    and both where installed separately. I have doubt that it is because we have upgraded to latest version last month, and this started happening after that.

    I will troubleshoot this by creating new instance and upgrading that instance to latest version.

    Hello Riken,

    I tried to replicate your problem on a new installation of Dynamics, with the same version as yours, but the composite address fields seem to be working fine there.

    Since it looks like a problem with your environment, I would advise you to open a support request with Microsoft Support, as this will need a deeper investigation.

    Hi Francisco,

    Thank you for the response.

    We are using CRM 365 Version 1612 (9.0.6.9) (DB 9.0.6.9) on-premises.

    Yes while creating or updating Order/Invoice. It will reflect immediate after you hit save. no need to refresh the page. If i refresh the page result is same.

    Hello,

    Can you provide the specific version of CRM that you are currently on ?

    Also just to confirm, you create a new order while filling in the composite address field. You then clear out one of the lines of the Composite field, then save. And after refreshing the page the composite field did not update, is that correct ?
