SMARTLIST DATE RANGES

has anyone ever come across a fix to the problem reported below, as this issue is exactly what my client is experiencing at this point since my IT team took them thru the migration of GP10 to GP2018 just last week?

    Hello,

    I just tested this in my GP 2018 application and I cannot recreate what you are seeing.  Is it possible that you have an add-on such as SmartList Builder installed that could be causing this?  

    If you are try disabling it temporarily (Microsoft Dynamics GP >> Tools >> Customize >> Customization Status). keep GP open, but close and reopen SmartList.  

    You may see 2 folders if the issue is related to a modified SmartList in Builder.  

    I was testing with the Sales Transactions SmartList like the previous blog mentions.
