Operation License On User Count Report

We have someone that had an Operations security role removed from their profile. I ran the User Count Report and the person still has an "Access License Type" of Operations. How does this get fixed? Does a batch need to be ran?

Yes, that report is maintained by a batch job, and it's not instantaneous.

I assume you to have it, since you have data in the report.

This is the batch job in question:

You can move the "Scheduled start date/time" to now, or yesterday, to force it to update.

I don't see that batch job in the Batch Job module. Searched under Job Description. Where else can I find it?

I found the batch "Named user license count reports processing". I am going to test and report back tomorrow.
