Exporting an SSRS report to Excel

Anybody know how to export an SSRS report to Excel without taking the hyperlinks?

I know that I can disable the hyperlinks in the spreadsheet, but it looks like that has to be one at a time. I would like to disable the hyperlinks, before exporting data.

    Hi Michael,

Without changing the design of the reports it is as far as I know not possible.

When you have the SSRS report exported to Excel with all the hyperlinks it is possible in Excel to select all cells, right mouse click. In the pop up menu choose 'Remove hyperlinks'. Then all hyperlinks in the sheet are deleted.

    Hi Andre,

Thanks for th esuggestion, but I do not see an option to remove hyperlinks, when I right click a bunch of selected cells. The only option I have found is to highlight all the cells, and use the "clear formats" option.

    regards

    Hi Michael,

I don't think it's doable since the export is part of SSRS functionality rather than AX.

Can you select all(ctrl + a) and right-click to select "remove hyperlinks"?

This is old post but still posting a reply for other's benefit.

The 'Remove hyperlinks' option is not available in Excel 2007 and below. it is only available in above excel 2007

    Hi Michael,

You can export a SSRS report without the hyperlinks. Yet, this requires a report modification. Please see the following post: stackoverflow.com/.../disable-links-in-dynamics-ax-2012-report-viewer

    Best regards,

Set printsettings to file > Microsoft Excel. Direct export to Excel.

I've same problem when I use 'screen' (reportviewer) and then export to Excel.
