Has anyone used DMF to load on hand quantities into AX? The Inventory Journal DMF seems to have a lot of options, not sure of which ones to use. Thanks in advance.

On hand quantities will be filled by using a profit & loss or counting journal. When you fill a journal in your environment and this workes, you can see which fields are filled with what values. Use those values for your DMF load.
Thanks - Imported data, getting this error when I try to validate the new counting journal.
A value is missing. Enter a value in the Item group field in the Released product details form to be able to proceed
For the life of me I can't find this field on the released product info...
This indicates that your released products are not setup correctly. The Item group is not set up. On your released products form you can click the validate button (per item) to see if all mandatory fields for posting are filled. On this form you have to enter the Item group.
