
Out of the box, Customer Journeys and segments only allow filtering on the date part of datetime fields like Created On, not the time. To differentiate content based on time (e.g., after 4 PM), you will need to add a custom field (like a flag or time bucket) and populate it via Power Automate or plugin to capture the time portion. Then use that field for conditions or segmentation in your journey.
There isn’t a native way to filter by time in segments or conditional content without custom data prep.
