Create Customer Journey based on Created On Time

Hi,
 
We are trying to create a Customer Journey for Leads but based on the created on time we want the content of the email to be different (e.g. if the lead is created after 4PM it should show different information).
When we try to add conditional content it only allows to create a condition based on the date of the 'Created On' column. We have also looked into creating a segment based on the Created On column but there as well we only get to use the date and not the time. 
Is there an option to do this without creating a custom column and a power automate flow to capture the time?
