I’m having an issue in a couple modules:
Accounts receivable, and inventory management
I cannot locate the help files for those two.
I’ve compiled the list of help files on the client, versus the list of help files in the shared folder we have for additional help files.
I don’t know what the correct name of the help file for the accounts receivable, or the inventory management is, but I don’t have those two, based on end user feedback and testing.
I just scanned across all the citrix servers: and they have these same 38 help files:
13 default, 24 add-ons, and an msi that looks out of place, total 38

When I try to access help in Accounts Receivable > Accounts Receivable Area > Sales Order Details or Inventory Management > Inventory Management Area > Item Details, for example, I get this error
(but, as far as I can tell, I have already copied all of the help files that I can find). My only idea is that I need more help files, but cannot locate them.
I tried copying those 24 files in the network folder back over, but that did not help.
