Engagement Insights: Mobile Analytics now in Public Preview!

Hi All,

We're happy to announce that Engagement Insights now includes out-of-the-box mobile analytics features. You can use these features to measure and analyze your customers' behavior with your mobile applications. And since Engagement Insights already includes out-of-the-box Web analytics features, you can now measure and analyze your customers' behavior for your Websites and mobile applications.

With these new mobile features, you can answer questions such as:

  • How many customers are using my application right now?
  • What are the most popular screens in my application?
  • How often do my customers use my application?
  • Where are my customers located when using my application?
  • What are the most common devices used by my customers?

Here are the mobile analytics features now available in Public Preview:

  1. Mobile SDKs for Android and iOS applications
  2. 9 out-of-the-box mobile reports
  3. Mobile metrics and dimensions in the custom report builder
  4. Mobile funnels
  5. Multi-channel funnels (Web and mobile)
