Customer Insights- Journey showing error after being published

Hello Experts,
 
I'm facing issue in customer Insights- journeys. I have created one simple journey and used the Customer Insight data segment in it. After publishing the journey I get this error . Even after  hours this error persists. Please see the snapshot below.

    Hi Partner,
    As i suggested before, you need open one support ticket with Microsoft.

    Thanks for the response, I have tried by creating another copy of the journey and also by creatin new journey with different Customer Insights segment. But getting the same error.

    Hi Partner,
    Perform a copy operation for the current journey to see if the same error still occurs for the new journey.
    If still, I would recommend that you follow the steps below to create a support ticket and seek professional help, as guided by the error alert.
