Can't Find The Process That Is Sending An Email

I have a customer voice survey that is working fine. However after the responder has submitted the survey there is an email being sent incorrectly saying they haven't filled in the survey correctly. I have checked the MS Flows and also the old workflows in Dynamics but for the life of me I can't find what is sending this email. 

It appears to be looking at one of the survey questions and checking how it was filled in. 

Can anyone think of any other way this email could be sent?
