We've noticed two items in inventory with double the actual on hand quantity, items were not over received, but each ones shows a duplicate Receipt line in Item Transaction History - same receipt number, same quantity
Can you explain how or why this would happen, and proper way to remove the "ghost" inventory ?
It may be worth reading this post? - similar issue?
