Cannot display SSRS report in knowledge article under Run Report

Hello CS_Experts,

I have created a one page report (Kb Article.rdl) in Knowledge Article entity using SSRS.

The process would be like: I open/access a kb article record.

Then, from More Menus, I will click on Run Report as below

However, when I tried to add the rdl file in the solution, I could not see knowledge article under "Related Record Types" field:

I am not sure if this is normal behavior.

Please help as I need to deploy this SSRS report.

    Hi Jolas365,

    This is a known limitation and you can't achieve this. You can try to use Knowledge Analytics Report if it can meet your need:

    Or you could submit an idea to progress this feature:

    Hi Steve,

    I believe Knowledge Analytics will not achieve my requirement as I need to be able to export the KB article record into a PDF format.

    I am thinking of creating a ribbon button using Ribbon Workbench. Please advise if this is doable.
