I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding a feature in Dynamics 365 Sales.

I am currently exploring ways to automate the process of sending reports via email to users directly from the Dynamics 365 Sales interface. Specifically, I am interested in setting up a mechanism where certain reports can be scheduled to be emailed to designated users at regular intervals without manual intervention.

Could you kindly provide guidance or insights on how to achieve this within Dynamics 365 Sales? Any pointers, resources, or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Partner.

You can use the process to send periodic emails.

But it's not easy to add reports in the email.
