How do I attach an incoming document to general journal so that it shows up on every line in FactBox pane?

If you click on the FactBox name 'Incoming Document Files' you will see a dropdown where you can then click on 'Attach File'

Thanks Valentin.  When I attach file through that method it only appears on that one line of journal entry.  I would prefer to post back up documentation to the entire general journal so that when you look at any line it sees the document.  If journal entry is 200 lines its too much work to attach to every line.  I've seen it in learning videos where one attachment showed up on multiple lines but can't figure out how to do it.  I think it might be a setting somewhere but not sure where exactly.

In the unposted journal, the incoming document file attachment will only be visible on the specific line where you attached it. However, once you post the journal, the attachment will appear on all general ledger entry lines that share the same document number and posting date. There is no setting to change this.
