Price/discount agreement journal was working fine, but now it stopped and is not taking new agreement into consideration

Dear 

previously we were using the Price/discount agreement journal to define prices and discount for certain items and everything was going fine. 

but after a certain date , AX 2012 R2 is not taking the new agreements into consideration when creating a sales order , it is just references a certain agreement journal , but nothing new after this one ,

what is going on ? it was working fine before ? did we do anything wrong ?

    was that agreement active till a certain date? have you verified your data or agreement

    We were not using the FROM and TO date , we simply did a new agreement before and it took effect as of the posting time & date.

    as of now, if you see data in tables, what date ranges it is presenting, since by default a date is taken into consideration may be DatMax or any other date.

    Sounds like it's worth checking Sales and marketing -> Setup -> Price/discount -> 'Activate price discount'. You'll need tick boxes for the types of (sales) trade agreements that you use, and the Table/Group/All settings that you use (on customer and item).

    yes  Price/discount agreement lines,

    kindly ask any developer to look into this, it would be much better to know exact reason why price values are not being picked, despite of agreement selection. without debugging it would be very tough to guess the reason.

    I investigated the PriceDiscAdmTrans table on this particular item and i don't see anything in SQL between the operational line and the new line that is out of the ordinary.

    Are the new agreements that you are creating for prices for new customers or items, or are you updating items/customers that already have prices?

    Both creating new agreement and updates are not working, we tried to test them both.
