INTEGRATION MANAGER: ALL INTEGRETIONS HAVE DISAPEARED

Hi all,

I'm on GP 10 and use Integration Manager extensively. However, when I opened it, and went to the list of Integrations to select one, it was all blank. They all disappeared. I checked the path in the Options tab and it is correct, and the .mdb in still present in that path. What could have gone wrong? How do I bring back the integrations????

    Hi Diop,

    unfortunately the Integration Manager (aka IM) storage file is an MS-Access database, with all the risks associated with .mdb files (corruption, data loss).

    If you don't have a copy or a backup of your Integration.mdb file, it looks not good for you.. Hard to help out remotely without knowing who has access to the IM and where it is stored.

    You could try repairing it.  Just go to Data Sources (ODBC) in the Control Panel (or C:\Windows\Syswow64\odbcad32.exe if you're on a 64 bit machine).  Click Add... and select Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb) and click Finish.  Click on the Repair button, and then browse to your IM.mdb database and click OK.
