Script Error on accessing Note in Unified Interface

Hi guys.

Curious if anyone else has seen an issue when using the Unified Interface and directly accessing a Note (from the Notes entity itself and not from a related record). We have exposed the Notes entity to the Site Map and when accessing any Note via this route we receive a Script Error:

Web resource method does not exist: Activities.Annotation.Form_onload

Note sure why would be getting this issue as we obviously cannot alter the Notes forms, etc. so this seems a little strange to get an error like this. If we download the log file, we see this info:

If we OK the error the Note loads as normal but just curious why we're getting this problem and wondering if others are seeing this as well?

Any ideas what we can look at would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching us out here.

I just added the Notes entity to one of my site map and directly tried to access the notes entity record and also created a new note in Unified interface and i did not see any error.

The version i tested this scenario is Server version: 9.1.0000.21932 .

Since you are receiving an error from the web resource : [Web Resource Name: Activities/SystemLibraries/Annotation_activities_system_library.js ]

Need to investigate this further to fix this issue or find the cause, So you can raise a request with support team and get this checked .
