Hi Guys
I have spent almost 3 hours trying to fix this issue. Can you please help me. i created a workflow to display a error message when the following two fields are empty.
But when my client is using his user id, he is able to "Mark it as Complete" without entering the required field. and is not getting any error message. seems his rights are in a way by-passing this workflow.
What could be the reason for this?
Any help is highly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!
Hello,
Doublecheck that the "Scope" field of validation workflow is set to "Organization". If it is set - can you please provide the screenshot of your workflow?
