Smartlist with Sales and Applied Amounts

Hello Everyone,

How do I create a smartlist in the sales module that will show me the sales amount and payments that have bee applied to that sales amount?  Thanks in advance for all of your help.

    Hello,

    The aged trial balance report in GP already shows this information. (Reports | Sales | Trial Balance).

    Smartlists basically show the information from a SQL table.  For tables, you would need the 'RM Open File' (RM20101) table for the transaction information, and the apply records are in the 'RM Apply open file' (RM20201).  But then it would be tricky on how to sort it, so it would be best to maybe have 2 smartlists.  You'd have to play with it.  Perhaps the community can suggest if anyone has done this.  Just seems easier to use the Aged Trial Balance report in GP since it's already there.
