Change parameters

Posted on by 375

Hi all,

I'm using NAV 5.0 and I'm not yet expert in the technical setup.

We want to change a parameter in the Orders table in the Extra Stops tab.

This field is automatic filled in and points to another column in another table.

We want that this field points to a different column in the same table where is pointing now.

I tryed to change some parameters in the Designer level (I changed just the SourceExp, I insert the name of the new field that I want but I see this is not enought).

Can you please help me to understand if it is something that is possible manage by ourself without the supplier help?

In that case can you please give me more instructions about this?

Thank you very much for the support!

Can you tell us the Form/Table ID which is used in this feature?

Is it a standard functionality or Customized?

    Hi Mahana,

I mean, in the Orders table, click on the function botton and then on Calculate lines.

This function allows to calculate the prices for the order.

    Thank you,

What do you mean by calculate the lines in an Order?

Which Order are you talking about?

Thank you Mohana for your answer.

Please forget my request, I misunderstood.

    The correct question is:

when we calculate the lines in an order, we want to use a different rule (we want to use the Item n° and not the origin and destination postal codes), just if the Milkrun template field is not empty.

Is it possible to change this kind of rule by myself?

I don't know if it is possible to change the code by myself.

Please tell me if you need more details.

    Thank you,

    astublif

Can you tell us when the field is automatically filling?

    Whihle entering which field?

    1. If it is automatically filling while entering field A then can you tell us the code written in A-Onvalidate trigger

    2. Can you also tell us the Table Relation of field which you want to change now?
