Our partners require to load .sor file types, these aren't accepted. How can we request new file types to be accepted?

    Hi,

    1.Sign into the Power Platform admin center.
    2.Select Environments, and then select an environment.
    3.Select Settings > Product > Privacy + Security.


    Blocked Attachments and Blocked Mime Types list the types of files that are prohibited from being uploaded.
    Therefore, please check if sor is listed.
    If sor is listed, files with the extension .sor cannot be uploaded.

    Thank you for your reply.
    I checked and this file type .sor doesn't appear under blocked attachments or mimes.
    Is it not an accepted MS file type?

    Hi,
     
    In general, any file extension that is not blocked should be allowed.
    Therefore, .sor may not be a file type supported by MS.
    If it is necessary to upload the .sor type files, it is recommended to raise a support ticket to the Microsoft official.
    It is recommended to convert .sor type files to other types of files for uploading, such as PDF.
