The value 'D0002' in field 'ProductId' is not found in the related table 'Product translations'

I'm using a lookup of released products Item Number and Product Name in a form I created. When I select the Item Number of the corresponding Product Name in the form I created, it tells me that the value I selected is not found in the related table Product translations. But I can see the Item number on the released products form. Please I need help on this. Thanks.

System is complaining about EcoResProductTranslation table that this product Id is not found in that table. In Released products form, select the Item Id and click on Translations in Product Tab under Languages. Try creating a new translation.
