How can I modify the invoice in Dynamics 365 Business Central to include the number of cartons in addition to the weight when entering orders, as required by my freight forwarder

    You have to modify the Business Central report or report layout. Typically unless its a simple modification its done by a developer. More info here - Get Started Creating Layouts - Business Central | Microsoft Learn
