Purchase Requsition-Header Cost Center Permission

Dears Experts.
 
While i am creating New Purchase Requestion While selection on items no issue but when just clicking on Header getting permission denied error.

    Hi Aqeel,
     
    The error message is not a standard error message. The error ends with "contact the system administration". Usually the word "administrator" is used. You can check if the error is caused by a customization or vendor add-on.
