Hi Rahees,

When opening the attached video, I don't see an error message. I also can't determine if there is any attempt to fill the comment field. Can you please elaborate and explain your question?

Have you checked the form specific JavaScript and any associated table business rules? Generally this is where you will find the most errors that are related to this post.

Add the form to a solution, Run Solution Checker on the Solution to help debug.

Hi @Rahees Adamkutty,

I have moved your question to the Finance forum that supports Human Resources, since this looks exactly like the forms in D365 Finance. Hope you don't mind.

Example from my environment:

It looks to me that the issue is that it's automatically jumping to the General tab, while you are doing nothing. This is absolutely not expected behaviour in Human Resources. Can you confirm that this is the issue?

Okay, thank you for confirming.
I haven't seen this before, so I'd say you need to have a developer debug it.

I wonder if it's a buggy customization? There is a valid business case for it changing to general tab when switching to another review record.
