Expense management workspace mobile app customization D365

Hi everyone, 

I am new to Dynamics 365, I have to customize the existing Expense management mobile app.

Customization required:

1) Rename a field

2) Default a value to a field.

3) Add a lookup to existing field

Please share some details how can I achieve it.

    Hi Sami,

    If you have multiple changes to make to the App - and probably some later on - have you thought building your own one with the help of the PowerPlatform? Might be faster and easier to realize.

    Hi Sami,

    When you want to adjust the existing mobile workspace, you have to download the current one, then import it as new workspace and you can start making changes. You can use the documentation shared above. However, it is not the most easy job to do. Like Ludwig mentioned, you can also have a look at the PowerPlatform.
