Hi,

Can you please advise for order Sales order 253767 as stock is allocating to this order when it’s in RD zone and therefore shouldn’t allocate.

As mentioned you have a customization that does allocations. Unfortunately, we don't know how it works so we can't help. You will have to ask whoever created this customization for help.

I have checked the Zone wise Inventory report for both Zone RD and VNA.

So can you please suggest now for Sales order 253767 as stock is allocating to this order when it’s in RD zone and therefore shouldn’t allocate.

Hi, Pick Zone is not a standard field. As Valentin mentioned, this should be a custom feature, it is recommended to contact your partner directly.

It looks like you have some customizations done to your sales order, there are fields related to allocations and zones that are not there out of the box. It's hard to help without knowing how this customization works. It would be best to get help from whoever created the customization.
