allocation issue - RD stock

Hi,
 
Can you please advise for order Sales order 253767 as stock is allocating to this order when it’s in RD zone and therefore shouldn’t allocate.

    It looks like you have some customizations done to your sales order, there are fields related to allocations and zones that are not there out of the box. It's hard to help without knowing how this customization works. It would be best to get help from whoever created the customization.
