I want to store against the account what services/products a customer has bought/are currently active.

For context we're a telecoms company, and I want to be able to see what services a customer has, but also ideally what equipment they have also when I access their account.

What would be the right way of doing this?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

You can use the Customer Assets entity to manage your customers' assets.
Add the Customer Assets entity to the Sales Hub application.
In this entity, you can associate to an account, set the category of the asset, the associated product, and the properties of the asset.

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li
