10My On-Premise version of Dynamics Customer Service has about 100 GB of records space being used. There are about another 100 GB in email and attachments. We want to retain all of our records but can't seem to see if we can purchase bulk amounts of storage for Dynamics CRM like you can with Dynamics Business Central. Rather, it looks like you add capacity 1 GB at a time starting at the base amount of 10 GB. Does anyone know if more dataverse space can be purchased another way or any advice on ways to reduce our on premise data used prior to us migrating online?
