when we started off with dynamics, we got adviced to create our own Sharepoint Document locations instead of using the default ones. So in our Lead to Opp Sales process, we create via power automate a document loc. when the lead is created that contains a certain folder structure. When the lead is qualified to an opportunity, the document location stays the same.
In some cases though we have the situation to create an opportunity without beginning lead. The flow doesn't run in that case of course because there was no lead. So the crm is using the default document location for opportunity.
Is there any disadvantage in using the default location? What is the difference then when no individuel location is created?
