Recently we purchased huge amount of new Fixed assets. Purchase Dept. already they created the PO with 535 line item.

Kindly help me how easily i can add the Fixed Asset in Asset Book and Asset General information. Is there any shortcut to add fixed asset into GP. For your information all are same category asset and with same accusation date.

Thanks and Best Regards,

Aarif

There is an asset import utility built in to GP under utilities. You would need to load the new assets into the FA template and have GP create the macro to import these for you. There should be some documentation on how to use and run this. There are other ways, but that is the way I have had the most success.
