I want to create work orders from the Business Central through API

Hi Folks,  I want to Create the Work orders on the field service through Business Central. I hope there will be any Rest API Access for this on the Field service.  Please guide me with API Documentation references for the Work order Creation in the Field service. Your help is highly Appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

    Hey.
     
    Don't know about REST API.  However, you can use https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/across-how-use-financials-data-source-flow PowerAutomate an d integrate in BC to trigger whenever a specific button is clicked, or to run automatically when a record is created in BC.  Another action on PowerAutomate is either to use bound/Unbound actions, or Add rows to Dataverse:  https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/dataverse/create

    Another solution is to expose the Business Central tables that would be needed to the CE Dataverse using Virtual tables.
     
    Then it is easy to create the Work Order from within CE Dataverse from the BC virtual table update trigger you want using Power Automate.
