Alternative Visual Email Builder for Microsoft Dynamics Marketing

Anyone have advice for an alternative visual email builder where I can generate the code and drop into Dynamics Marketing?

We have limited resources on staff for someone to code out all of our emails, and a drag and drop visual builder is essential.

Since the Microsoft Dynamics Marketing drag and drop builder seems non-functional (have had constant display issues in Microsoft Outlook, glitches, elements disappearing upon send, images flattening and warping, multicolumn layouts breaking), do you know of any third party visual email builder platforms we can use to generate the email code needed?
