Procurement Categories - which table stores the name itself?

We have Procurement Hierarchies set up and I have a Power BI Model that's reading the PurchReqLine table for some business reporting of Purchase Requisitions. It lists "Product Category" for an item but provides a pointer to another table. Any ideas which table contains the text of the category name itself?

I've tried VendCategory and CatProcureCatalogTable but to no avail.

Oh for any document that publishes ERDs :-)
