My journeys tracks email analytics but I was wondering if anyone knows what is the window duration to which email data is tracked?
We created a journey to disseminate surveys to a segment, but there's very little link clicks at the moment. Was wondering if there's a window to which I'll still get relevant email data even after the journey is completed?
The tracking window for email analytics in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) typically follows these guidelines: Standard Tracking Duration
Primary Tracking Window: Most engagement data (opens, clicks) is captured within 7 days after email send, which is the standard period when the majority of interactions occur.
Extended Data Collection: AJO continues to collect engagement data for up to 30 days after sending, though the likelihood of interactions decreases significantly after the first week.
Link Click Tracking: The click tracking links in your emails should remain active for at least 30 days, allowing you to capture late engagement.
After Journey Completion
Data will continue to be collected for emails that were already sent, even after the journey has completed, within the 30-day window.
The journey dashboard will reflect any additional engagement that occurs during this period.
