We've started using Dynamics 365 Field Service for a few months and noticed that the "Actual Travel Duration" in Booking is way off than what it should've been. In some instance, the duration between when the user mark "Travel" and "In Progress" is over an hour and the user really spent over an hour to travel but the the system input something like ~30 minutes into the "Actual Travel Duration". Most of the time, the time that the system puts in the "Actual Travel Duration" is wrong. Dynamics then seems to update the "Start Time" with when the user marked "In progress" - "Actual Travel Duration" and since the "Actual Travel Duration" is wrong it also has wrong "Start Time".
For example, if user starts the work order at 8:00AM (change status to "Traveling") and arrives at 9:30AM (change status to "In progress) but for some reason the system puts "Actual Travel Duration" as 30 minutes, the Start Time also get automatically updated to 9:00AM as well. This is inaccurate as the start time should be 8:00AM. Can someone help me understand why it's doing this or how to fix it?
