Users in the organization can't access the onboard app

We are trying to use Onboard within our organization as this app is included in our license. 

I have created templates and guides but when trying to invite others to them they are unable to access the templates and guides. 

We have tried many things:

  • Different web browsers: Edge, Explorer and Chrome, with and without cookies enabled, with and without private/incognito. 
  • Access the guide by the link and by the mail invitation when someone is added as a contributor.

Three things happens when they try to access:

  • Some users can see the tiles to the right: Guides, Templates etc. But then a window pop ups that says: "An error occured" 
  • Some users only receive the message "We are provisioning your environment which should finish in a few moments" but after hours and hours of this nothing happens.
  • But most of the users only get something like: "Control the licence for this app. Contact the administrator". This message is accompanied by a picture of a blue broken heart.

This is very frustrating, anyone else got the same problem?

    Hi Vicky,

    I have a few suggestions you can try:

    1. Have you checked that the onboarding app is checked as yes in the License for each user? And that it isn't the trial lisence they are using (if you have several lisences, try to set yes on all of them.

    2. Have you checked that they are on the same environment as you? (You can check this in settings (the gear top right) ->change environment) You should have one named default and one that you are using.
