fixed assets disposal report

How to print a fixed assets annual disposal report? Need the date of the disposal, fixed asset description and the original cost.

    Hi H5168

    There is a Report Which i Generate for This Purpose you can give it a Try, below is the report

    Fixed Assets -> Report & Analysis -> Reports -> Fixed Assets ->FA Analysis 

    you need to fill the below infomation

    1. Depreciation Book - Your Company Depreciation Book

    2. Starting Date - Start Date of the Year

    3. Ending Date - End Date of the Year

    4. Date Field 1 - Acquisition Date

    5. Date Field 2 - Disposal Date

    6. Amount Field 1 - Acquisition Cost

    7. Period 1 - at Ending Date

    8. Amount Field 2 - Depreciation

    9. Period 2 - at Ending Date

    10. Amount Field 3 - Book Value

    11. Period 3 - at Ending Date

    Note:-

    *You can select any of the combination based on the available fields for Amount 1 - 3 as per your requirement 

    * Period 1 - 3 also you have 3 Option and you can select what how you need to print the report and i have selected based on what i used to do.


    12. Group Totals - FA Class (you can select any of the grouping method you like

    13. Select Print Per Asset

    14. Select Only Sold Assets

    Generate the report you will get what you wanted.

    Hello H5168,

    You can use FA Book Value report for that, try putting "FA Book Value" to the search field and select corresponding report. Also you can use "FA Analysis" report for your purpose.
