Hi,
Document templates in CRM are stored in database, template management there is not a concern.
However in my scenario, I am populating word template using Power automate and so I am getting the template from SharePoint.
In case of a single template, it is easy to manage, however with increasing number of template, I want to set up a template management approach.
My initial thoughts are to store template in site contents>> Entity( based on the entity the template belongs to)>>Template Folder.
Would love to know if there is any better approach to this.
