You have this publicly available, https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/do-more-with-data-from-data-export-service-to-azure-synapse-link-for-dataverse/ Basically:
- Data export Service will be deprecated on Nov 2022.
- The replacement service will be Azure Synapse Link for Dataverse
Also, the ability to export dataverse data to Azure Data Lake is available since 2020.
