The above form was modified to have vertical lines, which was done after much trial and error. When I print to screen it prints okay, in that the quantity is seen properly as well as the unit cost and extended cost. If I print to a printer these fields are not viewed properly, I'm printing to pdf.
The prices are not 2 decimal positions and quantity is too close the vertical line.

Not sure how this can be corrected, any input would be greatly appreciated.
Printed on physical printer and the document printed as the print screen, it appears the issue was the pdf printer version I was using. Downloaded cutePdf on the test machine and it printed as shown on the print screen.
