i have a query this below :
select sum(b.ACCOUNTINGCURRENCYAMOUNT), a.ACCOUNTINGDATE, b.LEDGERACCOUNT
from GENERALJOURNALENTRY as a
inner join GENERALJOURNALACCOUNTENTRY as b
on a.RECID = b.GENERALJOURNALENTRY
group by b.ACCOUNTINGCURRENCYAMOUNT
but display error as this below :
Column 'GENERALJOURNALENTRY.ACCOUNTINGDATE' is invalid in the select list because it is not contained in either an aggregate function or the GROUP BY clause.
can you help me?
