I have a field Elapsed Time which is calculating (starting time, Now()).
I have to pause the time when the Sub Status is at Incomplete,
Already created a workflow but cant find the thing to pause the time.

The calculated field simply calculates the difference between two times which is not able to be suspended even if it is not in workflow.
You can try to add a Timer Control in your form to achieve your requirement.
Here is an example.
