I am getting an error 'Function CreditCardProviderProcess.init has been incorrectly called' while posting Sales order packing slip when call center functionality is enabled.

we are using call center functionality to enable 'Payments' form in Sales order. Using this form allows to record deposits and charge credit card. Using this feature, Ax is not allowing to process packing slip. Getting an error message. 'Function CreditCardProviderProcess.init has been incorrectly called'

How can this be resolved.

Hi

I have seen that question but in that scenario call center is not enabled and it does not explain the 'Payments' functionality in sales order. The link you have provided works when there are no deposits or advances charged on a credit card.

In my scenario user is enabled in call center form which will enable 'payments' in sales order form. In this form i can receive deposits and authorize credit card. Following this process, i am getting the error message.

Important thing is i cannot use the functionality in the link you provided along with 'Payments'. Either one is can be used/enabled not both.
